"Home" by Harlan Coben
He did it again! There should be a new book genre for Harlan Coben mysteries, maybe “Surprise Mystery” or “You Will Never Guess Mystery” or “Gotcha! Mystery.” In his new novel, Coben takes you through many twists and turns in solving why two boys, both six-year-olds, were kidnapped from wealthy families and never heard from again. It’s been ten years and now there is an anonymous e-mail stating one of the boys had been seen in London. The e-mail informs Windsor “Win” Horne Lockwood III of the exact park where the boy was seen. Win goes to hopefully find his cousin’s son, Rhys, but finds Patrick instead. The mystery starts to intensify and Win calls his best friend, Myron Bolitar, to fly to London to assist him in the search.
If you have read Coben's books with the characters Myron Bolitar and Win you will already know that they are mismatched best friends who complement each other with Win's eccentric ways and Myron's wanting to help everyone in need. This often leads Myron into being an accidental detective! If you haven't been introduced to these characters you are missing a great adventure!
